You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around DeKalb County, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Licensing isn't just a line on our website — it's checked, current, and something we'll show you on request before a single product goes down.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a DeKalb County homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
We also track what's happening across DeKalb County season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Here's what tends to show up right before a DeKalb County homeowner finally picks up the phone.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the DeKalb County homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one DeKalb County crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent DeKalb County cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday DeKalb County invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
DeKalb County restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through DeKalb County's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most DeKalb County calls get a same-day window. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for DeKalb County same-day calls. We keep routes tight across DeKalb County specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every DeKalb County technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a DeKalb County customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the DeKalb County emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough DeKalb County attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your part of DeKalb County before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in DeKalb County.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your DeKalb County property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a DeKalb County customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.

Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
